3-Day Easy Exchange & Return

We want you to love your Citron watch. If it isn't right for you, you can request an exchange or return within 3 days of delivery.

How It Works

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 301 4273227 or email citronwatches@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and whether you'd like an exchange or a return.
  2. We'll confirm your request and share the return address with you.
  3. Pack the watch securely in its original box, together with the warranty card, and send it to us.
  4. Once we receive and check the watch, we'll send out your exchange or process your refund.

Conditions

  • Your request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The watch must be unused, in its original condition, with no scratches or marks.
  • The original box, packaging and warranty card must be included.

Return Shipping Charges

The cost of shipping the watch back to us is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your returned watch passes inspection, we'll send your refund by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your watch arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp right away with photos and your order number and we'll make it right.

After the 3-Day Window

Movement issues after the return window are covered by our 1-year movement warranty.
