Yes. Citron Watches is a Pakistani brand offering affordable, quality men's watches and women's watches, delivered across Pakistan.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery, HBL bank transfer, Easypaisa and JazzCash. See our Payment Methods page for details.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, cash on delivery is available all over Pakistan. You pay the TCS rider when your watch arrives.

How much do Citron watches cost?

Most Citron watches are priced between Rs 3,000 and Rs 5,500.

Shipping and Delivery

How much is shipping?

Shipping is Rs 200 on orders under Rs 5,000, and free on orders of Rs 5,000 and above.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days through TCS. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Do you deliver to my city?

We deliver to cities and towns across Pakistan through TCS.

Returns, Exchanges and Warranty

Can I return or exchange my watch?

Yes. We offer a 3-day easy exchange and return policy. The watch must be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Read the full Exchange & Return Policy.

Do Citron watches come with a warranty?

Yes. Every watch comes with a 1-year movement warranty and a warranty card. The warranty covers the movement only, not the battery, glass, strap, chain or plating. See our Warranty page.
