1-Year Movement Warranty
Every Citron watch comes with a 1-year warranty on its movement, the mechanism inside that keeps your watch running on time. A warranty card is included with every watch.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the watch movement for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What's Not Covered
The warranty covers the movement only. It does not cover:
- The battery
- The glass, case, dial, hands or crown
- The chain, bracelet or strap, including leather, PU and stainless steel
- Plating wear or colour fading
- Water damage
- Scratches, dents or breakage from drops or knocks
- Damage from misuse or accidents, or from the watch being opened or repaired by anyone other than Citron Watches
- Loss or theft
How to Make a Claim
- Message us on WhatsApp at +92 301 4273227 with your order number, a photo of your warranty card and a short description or video of the issue.
- We'll check the details and guide you on sending the watch to us.
- If the movement is faulty, we'll repair it or replace the movement free of charge.
