Citron Watches delivers to cities and towns all over Pakistan through TCS, so your watch reaches you safely wherever you are.

Shipping Charges

Orders under Rs 5,000: Rs 200 shipping fee
Orders of Rs 5,000 and above: free shipping

The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery Time

Orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer, and times can stretch during sales, public holidays, bad weather or courier delays.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. Pay the TCS rider when your parcel arrives, so please keep the amount ready. You can also pay in advance by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. See our Payment Methods.

Address and Phone Number

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. TCS will call you before delivery, and incorrect details can delay your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the package is damaged or something is missing, message us on WhatsApp right away with photos and your order number and we'll sort it out.
